Energy Efficient Homes
The first thing we need to do is reduce our energy consumption, and the Greening Campaign has a programme to demonstrate how the energy leaves our homes increasing our bills as it does so.
Space For Nature
Nature needs our help and so The Greening Campaign will bring us expert support from the Hampshire & Isle of Wight Wildlife Trust (or a relevant organisation near to us).
Circle of the Seed
Supported by Garden Organic, this inspiring new programme aims to encourage food growing in our community, open discussion around Food Security, and bring education around the issues connected to soil health.
Health & Wellbeing
A different climate is already bringing challenges for us in keeping ourselves active and well. The high temperatures earlier this year showed how our bodies can be affected by even a small rise.
Waste Reduction
This new programme will encourage residents in our community to prevent waste.
This is not about recycling waste or even reusing waste but how do we actually stop waste.
